Access to an App would be beneficial when marking attendance and wanting to quickly check a student's attendance figures without needing to access a computer/laptop. This will also help with fire registers as the register will be accessible outside the building.

I was wondering if it would be possible to update the Provision tab—where we currently set provision costs by hour, period, and frequency—to include an option to set a provision as a one-off payment, either as a separate option or under the Frequency dropdown?

Would it be possible to change the title of the Students - Parents tab to Guardians or Trusted Adults?

It would be useful if that when the attendance register is taken, that on class register there is a note to say a student is not in. Details

would it be possible when filling out a skin map to number each body part that is clicked in sequence? e.g. left thigh is selected first, a number 1 appears in the blue box (on the skin map), then right arm is next, number 2 appears in the blue box. Numbering would help staff refer to injuries more clearly in the description box. We have also had instances of students with self-harming injuries which staff are logging on a behaviour slip. Again, this would help staff refer to injuries chronologically when they are completing the 'description' boxes.

A multi-select student and/or staff drop-down, which allows 'add another' on an additional row (similar to positive handling widgets adding additional staff). Option for each student/staff to allow a date and has a checkbox which can be selected to depict attendance/sign off/agreement etc. Reduces slip sizes by not needing multiple 'Student involved (1)', 'Student involved (2)' ... etc. Widget can be given an 'Interaction Type' of 'Positive', 'Negative' or 'Other' for future reporting'. This also would help in a situation where a school are not keen on the wording for the 'Victim' field and do not want to log a slip for the 'victim' either.

Goal: To provide greater flexibility in student data recording within the student Profile. Overview: We want to give schools more control over the layout and content of their student profile. With this feature, schools will now have the opportunity to customise their student profile layout with their preferred data. We’re currently exploring methods to provide custom data recording to the student profile that is accessible and reportable. This could be via enhancing Slips to better accommodate frequently requested use cases (intrinsically benefitting from Slip linked features – Reporting, Communications, Commentary audit trail) – or an entirely new built-for-purpose feature. To improve the look of the safeguarding slip export so that when passed onto a new provider it is less clunky.
