Goal: To make the 'Mark Book' feature faster and more responsive. Overview: Our aim with this objective is to improve assessment management especially for high-usage schools with a lot of past or deleted data. This improvement will review and update the system to speed up how quickly the Mark Book loads, especially in schools with a large amount of data. Goal: To provide greater flexibility in student data recording within the student Profile. Overview: We want to give schools more control over the layout and content of their student profile. With this feature, schools will now have the opportunity to customise their student profile layout with their preferred data. We’re currently exploring methods to provide custom data recording to the student profile that is accessible and reportable. This could be via enhancing Slips to better accommodate frequently requested use cases (intrinsically benefitting from Slip linked features – Reporting, Communications, Commentary audit trail) – or an entirely new built-for-purpose feature. Goal: To make saving changes on Slips faster and more efficient. Overview: Slips are one of the most used features in BehaviourWatch and SchoolPod. They’re highly flexible and can be customised to fit each school’s needs. The goal with this objective is to make slip management faster and seamless for schools. Especially when saving multiple Slips at once through the Behaviour Register, often during lessons when every second counts. Goal: To improve how Letters (communications sent to parents/carers) are created, so the process is much quicker. Overview: Letters can be created using the 'Letter Manager' feature or automatically when a Slip is created. These are often made in bulk for students and can include information like Student details, Contacts, Attendance, Assessments, and more. Common examples include end-of-term or end-of-year reports, behaviour updates, certificates, and accident or first aid notices. Based on feedback gotten from quite a number of schools, our goal with this roadmap objective is to drastically reduce the time spent creating bulk letters saving time and improving efficiency. The Goal: To resolve common flow issues on SchoolPod and BehaviourWatch, boosting productivity and user satisfaction. Overview: We plan on leveraging user feedback to improve productivity on SchoolPod and BehaviourWatch. Our goal is to improve task completion efficiency, reduce user friction, and elevate the overall user experience. Key Highlights: Identification and resolution of the top five common flow issues affecting users. Enhanced task completion workflows to make them more intuitive and faster. The Goal: To enhance the dashboard experience and functionality with the aim of improving user satisfaction. Overview: The dashboards in SchoolPod and BehaviourWatch serve as central hubs for educators and administrators. We aim to deliver a new dashboard experience, prioritising high-usage areas to maximise impact. Key Highlights: Modernise dashboards and prioritise usability. The Goal: To reduce login time for customers by implementing Multi-Site Login functionality. Overview: The goal is to introduce Multi-Site Login for SchoolPod and BehaviourWatch, allowing Trust users to log in once and access data for all schools under their management. By streamlining the login process, we aim to save time, improve productivity, and provide a smoother experience for Trust users managing data across multiple locations. Key Highlights: Implementation of Multi-Site Login functionality for Trust users. Reduction of login time, enhancing efficiency and user experience. Customer Benefit(s): Trust users will experience a significant improvement in productivity and efficiency, as they can access and manage data across multiple schools with a single login. The goal: To streamline the delegation of user permissions across multiple schools, leveraging SchoolPod (SP) Single Sign-On (SSO) access permissions. Overview: We will introduce a streamlined Single Sign-On (SSO) access system in SchoolPod, allowing MAT administrators to create and manage user permissions centrally. Unlike the previous model, where schools granted access to MATs, the new system will reverse this process, giving MAT admins the ability to assign and manage user access levels for schools under their trust. This change will improve operational efficiency, saving time on administrative tasks such as user login creation and permission assignment, while ensuring more consistent control and security across multiple schools. Key Highlights: Current Feature: Schools grant permission to MATs (Multi-Academy Trusts). New Feature: MAT admins will have the authority to assign access permissions to schools under their management. Permission Levels: MAT admins can set varying permission levels for schools and users within the trust. Access permissions are centrally managed for efficiency. Customer Benefit(s) Time Savings: The new process reduces the time spent creating logins. Centralized Management: Simplifies the permission delegation process by placing control with MAT admins.
