On the previous system, we had the option to create an additional contact for pupils, such as foster carers (who do not have PR and don't pull through from MIS), estranged parents etc which would then allow us to add the class and year group information. This meant that the additional contacts never missed a message. That option no longer appears to be available, making it very easy for human error as not all members of staff will remember who has an additional contact. This is a poor feature and very disappointing as it is creating a lot more work in an already very busy environment.

Provide schools with the ability to automatically translate Groupcall Forms for those parents who do not have english as a home language. If the system could identify and translate to an identified home language within the school's MIS system, then it would provide key functionality for schools, Local Authorities and Multi Academy Trusts.

We have the Groupcall Local Authority version, which allows you to message pupils in all schools, without needing to login to each school one by one. This is a massive time saver, when sending out messages from the authority. However, in the Local Authority version, filters aren't available for provisional pupils or non-current pupils(leavers). This means we can't message leavers or provisional pupils from the Local Authority version, we need to switch schools each time, to send these messages, which is time consuming. Examples of when this is needed: Local authority wants to message all parents with a form to apply for school transport for next session. We need to be able to message provisional pupils for this type of message. There is a careers fair and we would like to send this to 5th and 6th year leavers.

We find it difficult to encourage parents to use the Xpressions app when we as HQ cannot communicate with them in this way. Parents can miss emails being sent from HQ as it was not in the app.

Can we have an ALL option for recipients search please. Where we have had to add contacts to OTHER for Pupils with Court Orders and Foster Carers etc, we need a facility to be able to search in STUDENTS and OTHER at the same time. Perhaps you could add an ALL option to the recipients search - Whilst the Office would know who has OTHER contacts, all staff users may not.

X2 Customers would like to be able to easily save messages to drafts so that a message is not lost if they are timed out of the system

We used to have a filter by student for Delivery reports which was very useful. This is no longer a facility. Can we have it back please?

Hi, great new platform - loving the look of it! BUT, tokens are unnecessarily long, when you are trying to squeeze messages into 160 characters. For example, 'studentforename' could simply be 'name'. I haven't been able to migrate across some of my old templates, as they are now too long. Thanks.
