Almost every text message that we send is required to be sent to both pupil contacts. At the moment the default is send to first contact only. Whoever is sending the message needs to select send to both. It would be helpful for us to be able to change the default to send to both contacts to guarantee both sets of parents receive the information being sent out. Is this something that can be added to the system and if so could this please be implemented onto our account.

I have noticed that it seems to take up to 48 hours for new pupils to appear in T2P and School Money even after triggering a manual data refresh. Really, this needs to be instant because if there was a school emergency and texts/emails were the only form of available communication, it is not acceptable that any new parents would not get the messages. Data syncing really needs to be immediate if there is no option to add them manually within T2P.

The old system left the original message in the box which was useful to allow you to go back and tweak it and resend to different people if needed, rather than having to copy and paste it back in to make minor adjustments before resending.

It would be very useful for scheduled messages to be re editable once they have been saved - incase of any adjustments or to allow to add new or remove recipients. Also when you have cherry picked people this prevents having to redo them all - very time consuming

We need to send 'named' texts/emails to the same parents but relating to different children in their family. At the moment, only one message sends and the others default as duplicates. An over-ride is needed so you can send multiple texts (same message), pulling through the child's name, to the same parents.

I would like to be able to add a password to a form sent, so that only I or a person with the password can view it.

I would like to be able to filter on the 'results page' on forms, by owner/author so that I can see all my forms at once and not everyone else's.

Would it be possible to add filters to the messaging platform. We used to be able to search by class and then have a break down of pupils. We could then add to the list to send messages. Currently our only option is to add the whole class and then remove recipients we don't need to communicate with. As a large school identifying pupils by class is the most efficient way of finding students. If searching for students by name is our only option this will be a longer process. Please could someone let us know if this is possible?

Hi Is there a feature to set up repeat text messages once a week eg every Sunday for the whole school year instead of having to do these manually every week ?

It would be helpful when selecting children to either text or email that you can select children in year group/form AND alphabetical order. It currently only allows you to select alphabetically OR yr group/form and when you have a large number of children to select to send a email to this is VERY time consuming as when selecting yr group/form it is no longer in alphabetical order (it is in any order it feels like). This is the same when creating a group.
