The initiative supports WisePay’s broader strategy to modernise its payment infrastructure and provide flexible, secure, and efficient alternatives for schools and parents. The Goal: To simplify and modernise how Admins manage Audience Groups in WisePay, making it faster and easier to create, edit, and reuse student/staff groups for payments and activities. Overview: This update introduces a redesigned Audience Group Management interface, replacing the legacy UI with a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Admins will benefit from smart filters, real-time search, and a streamlined Add/Remove model, all designed to reduce friction and improve accuracy. This improvement is directly informed by feedback gathered during customer research in early 2025, where WisePay users highlighted pain points around group creation, visibility, and usability. The Goal: To provide an enhanced shopping experience for parents by improving stock management, item categorisation, and incorporating images of goods. Overview: We are redesigning the shop interface to improve the current shop functionality within SchoolMoney. This new experience will include amazing new features such as the ability for parents to view images of products, select specific attributes (e.g., colour and size) when shopping, and view prices corresponding to those attributes. Additionally, we will introduce a shop management variant for school administrators, enabling them to efficiently organise and manage product options, such as adding multiple sizes or variations for items like T-shirts. Key Highlights: Introduction of product images to enhance transparency and clarity for parents. New features for selecting item attributes (e.g., colour, size) during purchase. Improved admin tools for managing product options, categories, and pricing. Enhanced interface for both parents and school administrators to streamline the shopping experience. Customer Benefit(s): Parents will enjoy a more intuitive and informative shopping experience, making it easier to select and purchase the correct products for their children.
