They are pulling a lot more information than they used to. There clearly is an issue with primary contacts who have court orders/or who are not mother or father. I have a pupil whos grandmother is primary contact and has a court order and it is not being imported from SIMS. I've unticked the court order box and still no data is being pulled. It's infuriating

Yes, you’re correct that more data is available than before. However, we need to ensure you’re accessing the data you require.
I can see that your colleague, Julie B, interacted with our Support team last week. It doesn’t appear that the query was the same as yours. To make sure you receive the assistance you need, please submit a ticket via the nine-dot menu in Teachers2Parents.
I’m part of the Product team and always available to assist Support when needed. However, I believe this can be resolved through Support and does not need to be added to the “Up for Consideration” items that Product reviews to inform the roadmap.
