I've been told by a colleague from another school that you amend the telephone number in arbor and then it pulls through overnight on the sync. Although you can go to do a sync now.

I agree, there should be a way of amend/edit email addresses and to add a second contact number. Parents complain to us clerks and we cannot do anything about it. It needs to be looked into and addressed.

Being able to amend pupil details was an absolute must for our school - not being able to do this is a real problem

Also frustrating when it takes 24 hours to sync new data you have imported. It's impossible to do small manual tweaks in the mean time. Why can't a fresh data import show up immediately?

Even more frustrating when the import hasn't worked correctly either.
