We understand how helpful the old system was in showing which child a text had been sent to, especially when parents don’t share the same surname as their child. Showing only the parent’s name in the new system can certainly make things less clear, and we recognise how important clarity is for your communications.

Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll review this as part of our ongoing improvements. Please keep an eye on the Product Roadmap boards, as updates will be posted there.
