When we create a message it defaults to SMS, which is fine - most schools just write and send. But when we also want email and push, we're switched to the email screen to add attachments and formatting, then have to do it again for push. If we don't tick the right boxes on the earlier email screen, it won't let us move on to push. It's too many clicks and not a friendly experience - we'd like a simpler path across the channels.
