Local Authority Report for SMS Unit Usage - All GCC Schools

Good afternoon,
I am posting this to the product roadmap with the hope it can be implemented in the future to make it easier for our local authority to run SMS Unit usage for specific date periods that is part of our monitoring and charging process for schools.
Currently, we are having to ask Daniel Kemp for SMS unit usage for our schools every quarter so we can see where schools are overusing and charging them via our financial team for the periods they have exceeded their allowance we have provided.
If we currently want to run this ourselves - we have to go through 302 establishments which is not ideal for the size of our local authority.
Having access to a report that allows us to run the SMS Unit usage every quarter for all of our schools into the one place would make it a lot easier and make the process of adding this to our spreadsheet much easier. It would make the task much more streamlined and faster to do on our side of things.
I am confident that other local authorities would benefit from having this report and to be able to control when they can generate this report for their own tracking, monitoring and charging processes.

We would definitely support this request. I request the sheets from Daniel on a monthly basis to ensure we track the SMS usage and get on top of any school not using it efficiently.

Hi Rhys,
We receive quarterly usage reports via SEEMiS as part of their agreement with GroupCall/VenturED so don't have to specifically ask Daniel for them.
We still support this request though as it would be better if we could run as and when we require to nip any issues in the bud rather than having to wait until the start of the next quarter.

It’s clear that having a consolidated report would significantly reduce manual effort and improve efficiency for your team and potentially others in similar positions.
While we can’t make any immediate commitments, I want to reassure you that this will be brought forward for discussion at our next roadmap planning session. We’ll carefully consider how this could fit into our future development priorities.
