Groupcall Forms - Translation feature

Provide schools with the ability to automatically translate Groupcall Forms for those parents who do not have english as a home language. If the system could identify and translate to an identified home language within the school's MIS system, then it would provide key functionality for schools, Local Authorities and Multi Academy Trusts.

Hi Daniel, I think this would be a valuable feature for those families who require a little bit more support due to language barriers but furthermore would add to the accessibility of this particular product - aligning with the product offering of Groupcall. This in turn would increase those you could target and therefore will also increase the inclusiveness of the product offering to wider array of parents/carers. I would however caution that looking at different options of translation would possibly be beneficial to understand if another provider may be more accurate than your current supplier - Google for translation services or even if this would have capability within an AI framework.
