The Goal:
To give schools greater flexibility in how they communicate with parents by introducing the ability to choose whether to send a backup SMS message alongside app notifications.

We know every school has different communication needs. This new feature allows you to set a default SMS fallback for all messages at school level and override settings for individual messages when needed. It’s all about giving you control to manage costs and prioritise urgent communication.
