Enrolment status filter now available in CPOMS report

Our goal is to have a standardised approach across all reports on the Assembly platform. This update brings CPOMS in line with the same filter logic used on other reports, ensuring consistency across reporting.

The allows for refined safeguarding data based on whether pupils were on roll on, before, or after census day, providing accurate context for reporting.

This update ensures CPOMS reports deliver the same reporting experience as other reports across the Assembly platform, making it easier to analyse data with greater accuracy and confidence.
