Its now easier to fix incorrect or missing parent and staff contact details directly in T2P! This function ensures important messages reach the right people especially when timing matters most.
Important!
All changes are temporary and reset automatically on the next MIS sync or CSV upload.

  • A new Edit button within Contact Details for both parent and staff contacts

1. Select the contacts menu option in T2P

2. Select 'Students' or 'Staff'

3. Click on the contact you want to edit to open contact details

4. Once opened, click on the Edit button to update the mobile number or email address

5. Save the changes (at least one field must contain a valid contact method)
