Skin map - numbering

would it be possible when filling out a skin map to number each body part that is clicked in sequence? e.g. left thigh is selected first, a number 1 appears in the blue box (on the skin map), then right arm is next, number 2 appears in the blue box. Numbering would help staff refer to injuries more clearly in the description box. We have also had instances of students with self-harming injuries which staff are logging on a behaviour slip. Again, this would help staff refer to injuries chronologically when they are completing the 'description' boxes.

Hi John,
This seems like a good little update we could potentially do - just some initial thoughts from me.
It would be easy enough to number the selections - however, what do you think should be the behaviour when a user has to de-select a body part - perhaps they selected the incorrect body part or received the incorrect information and need to make an edit.
Let's say the user selected 3 body parts - 1, 2, 3. However - number 2 is incorrect.
The user can currently de-select number 2.
Would you expect number 3 to stay as-is, (leaving body parts labelled as 1 and 3) or should it be re-distributed to number 2?
If we did that, it could potentially then be inconsistent with any user write-ups that users may miss and not re-edit to be accurate.
Alternatively, we could have a 'clear' button to be used to make edits which forces the user to re-select in the correct order? Let me know your thoughts.
